Current Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) exclusively, powered by our trusted logistics partner Pathao Courier.

  • How COD Works: You pay in cash directly to the Pathao delivery agent upon receiving and inspecting your order.
  • Availability: Nationwide across all districts in Bangladesh.
  • COD Charge: A standard 1% COD fee (as per Pathao’s policy) will be added to your order total at checkout. This covers the secure cash collection and remittance service.
  • Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed immediately upon placement, with no advance payment required.

Pathao collects the payment on our behalf and remits it to us after deducting applicable service fees, ensuring safe and reliable handling.

Billing Process

  • An electronic invoice will be sent to your email immediately after order confirmation.
  • The invoice includes a detailed breakdown: product prices, shipping fees, COD charge (if applicable), and total amount payable.
  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and inclusive of any applicable VAT/taxes as per Bangladesh law.
  • Upon delivery, the Pathao agent will provide a receipt for the cash payment.

Future Payment Options

We are working to introduce additional secure payment methods in the near future, including:

  • Nagad
  • Bank transfers
  • Credit/Debit cards

These will comply fully with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021. We will update this policy and notify customers when new options become available.

Security & Compliance

  • No advance payment is required for COD orders, providing you full protection under consumer rights laws.
  • All transactions and personal data are handled in accordance with Pathao’s terms and Bangladesh’s data privacy regulations.
  • We do not store any payment details since COD is cash-based.
